Clean Food

The only ingredient in fish should be fish.

No phosphates, salines, or other chemical treatments during processing. But fish, farmed or wild, is also only as clean as the water it swims in. We are conscious of PCBs, heavy metals, and other environmental contaminants at our harvest sources and will note when our supply partners get their product lab-tested. While it's realistic for farmed fish to be raised with techniques that use small amounts of sensible antibiotics, we only work with sources who keep these tools in their back pockets instead of rely on a cycle of over-medication followed by damage control.

I'll only sell it to you if I'd eat it. Ain't nobody got time to source twice.
